FREMONT, CALIF. - October 4th, 2005 - KIS , the leading provider of information technology consulting and solutions, announced today, the appointment of John Marciano, formerly Director of Sales, to Chief Operating Office. In his new role, he oversees all aspects of the company's business operations and corporate direction.

John and his team focus on customer support, implementation service, data services, information technology and operations, gathering market requirements, projecting industry needs and establishing the direction of the extensive KIS product offerings. Marciano will continue his role as Director of Sales, which includes direct supervision of the sales organization, and working with the marketing department to develop and launch new products and services.

John brings enormous experience and competence in operations within high growth technology companies. With his proven Sales expertise, Marciano has consistently been a leader and innovator in enabling KIS to achieve their aggressive product development plans. Prior to joining KIS, he owned and operated Total Corporate Services in Campbell, California in 1989. TCS specialized in Custom Configuration, onsite and depot service, Network Installation, Desktop Support,  Design and Consultation IT Architecture Design.
