| KIS names Dennis Cheek-Partner for KIS Central Valley Branch |

Fremont, California- August 3, 2006- KIS, a leading computer network integration and consulting systems house today announces Dennis Cheek as a the Senior Partner of the KIS-Central Valley Branch. Dennis will focus on Security and Identity Management and Linux Deployment. "I am very excited about the opportunity to lead KIS’ IT Consulting Practice, focusing initially on Security and Identity Management, Linux deployments and integrated solutions such as Secure Clinical Workstation, Collaboration Solutions, & Storage Management for our existing & new clients. I will also work closely with KIS’ other Partners to execute our strategic plan and bring maximum value to KIS’ customers, says Dennis Cheek". KIS offers innovative technology through close partnership with key vendors such as Novell, Microsoft, Cisco, & Citrix, a strong list of customers and business partners, and an extremely talented group of employees. I look forward to working closely with our technology partners and customers. Dennis comes to KIS from Novell Consulting, where he spent the past 3 years as a Client Partner & Principal Technical Specialist. As a Client Partner Dennis had responsibility for overall technical solutions, client satisfaction, and consulting delivery effectiveness & efficiency for Novell’s large customers. In the Principal Technical Specialist role Dennis provided the highest levels of assessment, design, delivery, and quality control for Novell Consulting’s enterprise customers. Dennis designed & delivered large directory services, identity management, messaging systems, business-critical fault-tolerant systems such as 2-node to 32-node server clusters & business continuity clusters (a cluster of clusters) for enterprise Novell customers such as major financial institutions, universities, federal & state government, national healthcare organizations, and the world’s largest & most diverse financial exchanges. Prior to Novell Consulting Dennis managed the IT Department’s Intel Servers, Applications, and 26 IT personnel for the 4th largest public healthcare system in the United States. His responsibilities included managing 3 IT Groups, design, deployment & support of approximately 75 Microsoft Windows 2000 & NT Systems, 80 Novell NetWare Systems, 35 Citrix MetaFrame Systems, 5,000 eDirectory & E-Mail users, 300 clinical & administrative applications, thousands of PCs & Printers, and customer service & support for nearly 8,000 clinical, administrative, and business computer users. Dennis was the Director of Technical Services and later the Area Principal for the South Florida consulting division of a Fortune 500 technology services company. He was responsible for business development, sales, accounting, administration, consulting, engineering, and management of 2 network operations centers (NOCs) plus the supervision & management of 4 groups comprising nearly 50 personnel across Florida. Dennis was also the lead consultant and/or managing consultant for numerous LAN, WAN, and applications deployments, upgrades, and migrations. Dennis dedicated the 1st 16 years of his professional life to his country - designing, installing, and maintaining communications-electronics (Microwave LOS, Tropospheric Scatter, Satellite Communications, Analog & Digital Multiplexers, Signaling Equipment, Security Systems, Technical Control Facilities) and computer networks (LAN, WAN, MAN) for the United States Air Force (USAF). Biographical Information: Dennis holds Master Certified Novell Engineer (MCNE – 3 disciplines), Enterprise Certified Novell Engineer (ECNE), CNE GroupWise, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE – Exchange & SMS), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP + Internet), Project+ Certification, FCC General Class Radiotelephone License & was awarded degrees by the Community College of the Air Force & the University of Maryland. Dennis has been happily married for almost 25 years to Jackie Cheek of Edinburgh, Scotland and has 3 children – Kelly (22), Paul (15) & Trevor (6). For "fun" Dennis is a Certified Instructor & Judge for the International Karate Organization (IKO) Kyokushinkaikan Karate, is a 2nd Degree Black-Belt in Kyokushin Karate, where he recently judged the last IKO Kyokushin Knockdown Karate World Tournament held in Tokyo, Japan every 4 years. Dennis is also a Golfer, enjoys reading, computer studies and spending time with his children. About KIS
